CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, boneless
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
Ritz crackers

Cook chicken (microwave until cooked thoroughly). Cut chicken into chunks, place in casserole. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Crumble enough crackers to cover chicken. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
