RICOTTA CHEESE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg
2 c. regular flour
2 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

1 lb. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. raisins

Beat butter and butter together; add egg yolk and egg. Next add flour and baking powder. Mix and form a dough. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Put 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of a floured and greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Add the filling. Bake in medium oven for 30-40 minutes until top is slightly browned.
