3 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
9 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 jigger of whiskey
Pieces of chocolate (Bakers sweet) shredded with knife (or pcs. of dried fruit if you like)

Mix all ingredients as they are written in large bowl until smooth. Bake in greased spring pan at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on your oven.
