1 box yellow cake mix (mix as directed)
2 lb. ricotta
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Ricotta, eggs, sugar and vanilla; beat in blender until smooth and creamy. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour in cake batter. Drizzle cheese mixture on top. Bake 1 hour. Top with powdered sugar.
