CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 lb. cranberries (ground in blender)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. orange peel
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel

Mix Jello in hot water, add sugar. Stir in cranberries, add other ingredients and chill 24 hours. (Cranberries should be ground in blender, then drained.)
