HIGH - PROTEIN SOY BREAD | |
3 c. milk (Cow or soy), warmed 2 pkgs. dry yeast 1/4 c. oil 2 tbsp. honey 7 c. unbleached white flour 2 c. soy flour Sprinkle yeast, oil, and honey over warmed milk. Stir; let set 10 minutes. With blender, beat in 4 cups white flour and then soy flour. Knead in remaining 3 cups. Knead for 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl; cover. Let rise until doubled. Punch down. Shape into 2 loaves. Place in well greased loaf pans. Cover. Let rise in warm place until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until browned. |
