MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can pineapple (crushed) & juice (#2 can)
1 c. nuts

Stir all ingredients in large bowl. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together.
