UNFORGETABLE HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground cooked ham
1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, about 3 slices
2 tbsp. Jack Daniel's whiskey, divided
2 tbsp. water
1 egg
1/4 c. minced celery
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tbsp. vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ham, pork, crumbs, 1 tablespoon Jack Daniel's whiskey, water, egg, celery, onion, dry mustard, pepper and cloves. Shape mixture into meatballs (1 tablespoon each). Arrange on baking sheet; bake for 15 minutes, until fully cooked. Makes sauce of brown sugar, prepared mustard, vinegar and remaining 1 tablespoon Jack Daniel's. Stir over low heat until hot. Use toothpicks to dip cooked meatballs in sauce. Makes 20 to 25 meatballs.
