HEAVENLY LEMONADE ICE CREAM

Begin by preparing a cookie crumb mixture of:

6 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 lb. softened butter

Combine flour, nuts and sugar. Blend in butter. Place into unbuttered shallow pans. Bake 15 minutes. Crumble and place in airtight container. Use within 4-6 weeks.

LEMONADE ICE CREAM FILLING:

3 c. cookie crumb mix
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade

Press 2 cups of cookie mix in container. Mix lemonade and ice cream with mixer. Quickly pour over cookie mix. Cover with remaining cookie mix. Freeze, slice and serve.
