CREAMY CHICKEN BURRITOS 
2 c. cooked boneless chicken, torn in pieces
2-4 tbsp. chunky salsa, hot or med.
8 oz. (1 pkg.) cream cheese, refrigerated & diced, then brought to room temp.
4-6 lg. home style flour tortillas, room temperature
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch flat glass baking dish with shortening.

Combine chicken, salsa, cream cheese and salt to taste. Spoon 1/4 of this mixture as a filling down the center of each tortilla. Roll tortilla around filling and lay seam side down in baking dish. Brush tops of tortillas with heavy cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
