SALMON DIP 
1 can red salmon, drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. diced dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh grated onion
1/3 c. parsley
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers.
