PEACHES & CREAM CHEESECAKE | |
3/4 cup flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (save 3 tbsp. Juice)* *(Peaches can be chopped in smaller pieces.) Preheat oven 350°F. Grease 9 inch pie pan. In bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, pudding, milk, egg and butter. Beat well and pour into pie pan. Arrange peaches on top. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and syrup from peaches. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top of peaches up to 1/2 inch from top. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Filling will be soft. Refrigerate leftovers. |
