CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. softened butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and press into pan. Bake 7 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. One 9 inch springform pan.

Cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into cooled pie crust. Bake 1/2 hour, turn off oven. Let cake remain in oven 1 additional hour. Remove and cool cake in refrigerator.

When ready to serve - top with favorite topping. Keep at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving.
