CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 sticks butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted cake flour
Pinch of soda
Dash of salt

Cream the cheese and butters in a bowl. Add sugar. Stir in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
