CHERRY CRUNCH CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 sticks butter
3 or 4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Strawberry or blueberry can be used.

Mix flour, butter and sugar. Mix in nuts. Press in bottom of a 12"x9"x2" greased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until crusty. Let cool. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar. When it is creamy, add Cool Whip and mix well. Spread over crust. Spoon pie filling over top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
