DELUXE HASH BROWNS 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
Pepper

Put potatoes, soups and sour cream in large bowl to allow potatoes to thaw, mix. Add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika. Bake, uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
