DELUXE HASH BROWNS 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of potato or cheddar cheese soup (we prefer the cheddar cheese)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 med. size green pepper, chopped
1 sm. carton sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika. Bake uncovered in a slow oven, about 300 degrees, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 12.
