STEAKBURGER DELUXE 
2 lbs. lean ground chuck
Garlic salt to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
3 onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
1 stick butter
6 med. potatoes, sliced

Shape meat into 6 patties. Place on a double square of aluminum foil. Season. Place a large slice of onion over the top of each patty. Add a slice of green pepper and a pat of butter. Place potatoes around meat. Season. Wrap in foil. Bake at 300 degrees for about an hour and 15 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
