SPECIAL LAMB CHOPS 
6 loin chops, to serve 3
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. sauterne
Seasonings you prefer with lamb (marjoram, rosemary, sage, etc.)

Put trimmed chops with a hint of garlic and brown on both sides. Remove to baking dish, saute the mushrooms and onions, add other ingredients and cook until thickened. Cover each chop with sauce and cook about 45 minutes or longer at 350 degrees.
