SPINACH SALAD 
10 oz. raw spinach, washed and torn in pieces
1 c. canned bean sprouts, drained (or fresh)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Toss together.

DRESSING:

1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together and shake well.

TOPPING:

2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
