GARLIC CARROTS AND ONIONS 
3 med. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. sm. whole onions
2 tsp. butter
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook carrots, covered, in boiling salted water, 5-6 minutes. Combine onions, butter, garlic, lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt. Cook and stir 3 minutes. Add carrots, cook 2 minutes more. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serves 4.
