1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. crumbled crisp bacon
1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing
2 c. fresh spinach, cut into thin strips

Cook rice according to package directions. Cool slightly. Combine Italian dressing, soy sauce and sugar. Stir into rice (still warm). Cover and chill. Fold in remaining ingredients before serving. Serves 8.
