POTATOES CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese
Corn flake crumbs for topping

Pour frozen hash browns into 9"x13" pan. Mix remaining ingredients (other than flakes and butter) and spread on top of hash browns. Sprinkle on crumbs and dot with the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
