HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed cornflakes or 1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter

Defrost potatoes and mix well next 5 ingredients. Use a 9 x 13 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Put the potato mixture in baking dish. Top with cornflakes or bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
