POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Crushed cornflakes for top

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix thoroughly. Spread into 9 x 13 inch baking dish; cover top with crushed cornflakes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
