POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. sour cream

Mix first 5 ingredients. Mix the 2 topping ingredients and put on top of potato mixture. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
