EGG CASSEROLE (ONE DISH
BREAKFAST)
 
8 slices firm bread
1 c. cooked cubed ham
8 oz. cheddar cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. uncrushed cornflakes
1/4 c. butter

Cut off bread crusts; cut slices in half. Grease a 7 x 11 pan and cover bottom with 1/2 bread, 1/2 the ham, and 1/2 of both of the cheeses. Repeat. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Stir cornflakes into melted butter and spoon onto top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
