SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 med. onions
1 green pepper
1 can pimento
2 cans tomato paste
2 med. cans tomato juice
Salt
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1 can mushrooms

Saute onion, garlic, pimento, green pepper. Add beef and brown. Drain excess fat. Add tomato paste, juice, salt, chili powder, celery seed, mushrooms and garlic. Simmer 4 to 6 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over long spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese.
