FAJITA'S 
1 1/2 lb. beef boneless steak (1 1/2 inches thick)

MARINADE:

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

10 lg. flour tortillas
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 med. green or red peppers, cut in strips
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Top with:

1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Sour cream
Guacamole

Trim fat off beef, prick with fork.

Mix marinade and pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate (8-24 hours), turn occasionally. Remove beef from marinade (reserve). Broil beef brushing with marinade. Cook and stir vegetables in oil until crisp. Serve in warm tortillas.
