TURKEY SPAGHETTI DISH 
2 c. diced turkey
1 lg. pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cans mushrooms
1 c. diced celery
1/2 to 1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced onions
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spaghetti; drain. Arrange in long Pyrex pan. Spread poultry across spaghetti. Spread cooked celery, carrots and onions on spaghetti. Spread mushrooms and mushroom soup on spaghetti. Some liquid may be required but only a small amount. Spread grated cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
