3 c. sifted flour 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. raisins 2 eggs, beaten 1 3/4 c. buttermilk 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/4 c. caraway seeds (opt.) Put all dry ingredients in large bowl, mix well. Add raisins. Combine in another bowl the eggs, buttermilk, butter and caraway seeds. Mix well. Combine with dry ingredients. Bake in large fry pan for 1 hour at 325 degrees (greased) fry pan. |
