6 med. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed

Scrub potatoes and boil 15 minutes. Cool and peel and cut into slices. Melt butter. In shallow baking dish, place butter, water, corn syrup and brown sugar. Stir to mix. Arrange potato slices on top. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Baste occasionally. Can be frozen and reheated.
