POTATO HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. frozen hash browns (32 oz.)
Handful crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. butter, melted

I use potatoes O'Brien and leave out the onion.

Heat the 2 cans of soup, the butter and the onion in a medium saucepan until the butter is melted. Remove from heat and add the sour cream. Mix well. Pour this over the frozen hash browns and hamburger which have been spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix the crushed flakes and melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
