1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. hash brown potatoes
1 c. water
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Crumble meat in frying pan and brown with onion. Add potatoes; mix soups with water, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over meat and potatoes. (I use less water and soy sauce and very little salt.) Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
