SPINACH DIP AND BROWN BREAD 
2 loaves dark pumpernickle bread (preferably round loaves)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorrs vegetable soup mix

Slice off top of bread and pull out center of loaf. Cut in pieces and use for dipping. Mix remaining ingredients together and chill overnight. Pour into hollowed out loaf. Can also serve with assorted crackers.
