2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. almond and vanilla extract

Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add salt, flour and baking powder. Put butter into hot milk to melt then beat into mixture. Add extracts. Pour into 10 inch greased and floured pan.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
Pinch salt
1/2 box coconut

Melt butter in pan. Add rest of ingredients. Cook until well mixed. Spread on cake and broil until melted and brown.
