STRAWBERRY ANGEL DESSERT 
1 sm. angel food cake
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 lg. pkg. prepared Cool Whip
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 drops red food coloring

Break up angel food cake. Dissolve Jello, food coloring in 1 cup boiling water. Add lemon juice and partially thawed strawberries, stir well. Combine Cool Whip with Jello, then spread, alternating layers over cake crumbs in a loaf pan. Chill well. May substitute raspberries and raspberry Jello.
