ANGEL FOOD GELATIN DESSERT 
2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 angel food cake
1 pt. whip cream (whipped) or Cool Whip
Coconut
Nuts (optional)

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water, stir, add sugar, orange and lemon juice and salt. Let set until thick (refrigerate). Fold in one pint whipping cream or Cool Whip.

Remove brown from large angel food cake. Break into bits, fold Jello whip mixture in. Put in 9x13 pan, top with whip cream (Cool Whip) and sprinkle coconut on top and/or nuts are good also.
