STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. plus 3 tbsp. sugar
3 extra large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

TOPPING:

Strawberries, fresh or frozen

In blender beat eggs, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla plus 2/3 cup sugar and cream cheese, until smooth. Pour into 9-inch glass pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into center of cake, 1/2 inch from edges, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer, until edges are golden brown. Serve with strawberries. Serves 8 to 10.
