COUNTRY CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. cooked ham
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. cooked ham, finely chopped

Combine and mix well; cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of ham, and seasonings. Shape into ball. Coat the outside of ball with the 3/4 cup of ham. Chill and serve with crackers and melba rounds.
