CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp, shredded)
2 tsp. onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. reg. salt
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese in mixer bowl. Beat in Cheddar cheese and next 7 ingredients until creamy. Stir in parsley and pimento. Shape into ball and roll in nuts. Refrigerate. makes a huge ball. Great for parties. Use with Ritz crackers.
