STIR - FRY BROCCOLI 
1 lg. broccoli
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove minced or pressed garlic
1/3 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. lemon juice (opt.)

Cut off broccoli stalks, separate into florets. In 10 to 12 inch skillet or wok heat oil over moderate heat. Add garlic, cook 1 to 2 minutes until golden.

Add broccoli, increase heat to high. Stir fry approximately 3 minutes. Add water, pepper and reduce heat to moderate. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes until broccoli is tender (firm). Sprinkle with lemon juice.
