COUNTRY BAKE LIMA BEANS 
2 cans (lg.) lima beans
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. molasses
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. mustard
3 slices bacon, cut up in pieces
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter until transparent. Stir in beans, brown sugar, molasses, catsup, mustard. Pour into baking dish and top with bacon pieces. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
