1 lb. ground Italian sausage or ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 sm. bag bread stuffing mix
Salt and pepper
1 egg

In large frying pan cook onions and garlic until tender in 1 tablespoon oil. Add sausage and cook well. In a large bowl add the stuffing mix, egg and the sausage mix. Salt and pepper. Stuff turkey when you are ready to cook it.
