ROLLED OAT AND BRAN BREAD 
1/2 lg. yeast cake dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1 pt. skim milk (warmed)
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 mixing spoon oil
1 mixing spoon molasses
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. unprocessed bran

Mix together milk, salt, sugar, oil and molasses. Add yeast dissolved in water. Add oats, bran and flour enough to make dough stiff enough to handle good. Knead and let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn down to 325 degrees for about 35 minutes longer. Makes 2 loaves.
