CHOCOLATE KRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate. Mix with oil and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt into mixture. Chill several hours.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop spoonfuls into confectioners' sugar. Roll into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not over bake! About 5 to 6 dozen.
