VEGETABLES AU GRATIN 
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. green pepper
Garlic salt
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. each of pepper, basil and oregano
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. drained tomatoes
9 oz. pkg. frozen corn and thawed
1 can pearl onions, drained

Saute pepper in butter. Add flour and stir. Add milk and seasonings. Add sugar and cook until sauce thickens. Add tomatoes, corn and onions. Bake uncovered with the cheese sprinkled on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
