DAD'S PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. mashed butternut squash or canned pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter

Heat milk and add butter until butter melts. Combine rest of ingredients. Beat with egg beater. Pour into 9" pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
