SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 beaten egg
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped ham
2 tsp. minced, dried onion
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained

Combine egg, sour cream, milk, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add Monterey Jack cheese to mixture and mix. Add spinach and spaghetti, ham, and mix. Place in ungreased casserole. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
