STRAWBERRIES IN THE SNOW 
1 angel food cake
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries

Rip cake into chunks. Place in "deep" bowl or dish. In another bowl whip cream cheese, milk, and sugar. Pour over cake and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Pour strawberries over cake mixture. Refrigerate until time to serve.
